With over two decades of experience as an Executive Administrator at Federal Express, Dorothy honed her leadership and project management skills, which she now applies to large-scale development projects. Her commitment to community growth is evident not only in her real estate endeavors but also in her contributions to education, where she played a pivotal role in opening charter schools and founded the Charter School Substitute Teacher Network.
